Texas SandFest Vendor Application


Application Submission Deadline: April 1, 2017.

Your application will not be processed until we have received payment and all required documents. Your space is not confirmed until you receive a phone call or email from the Texas SandFest Vendor Coordinator.

Application Instructions

  1. If you don’t have insurance, purchase it from SandFest.
  2. Type in the number of booth spaces desired.
  3. Add items to cart.
  4. Go to Cart to review your order and upload the required documents.
  5. Go to Checkout Page to complete information and pay for your order.

Insurance Requirement

Texas SandFest requires vendors to have insurance for the 3-day event. If you do not have insurance, you may purchase it from SandFest for $89.99. This coverage of $1 million will be good for all 3 days of SandFest.

If you have insurance, you will be required to upload proof of insurance below.

Required Documents

To complete your application and save your space, you will be required to upload copies of the following on the Cart Page.

  1. Sales Tax Permit
  2. Photo(s) of your booth setup
  3. Proof of Insurance (if you have your own insurance)


You may pay with Paypal — or with a check or money order. All payments through Paypal will be charged a 3% handling fee at checkout.

Texas SandFest Hours

Vendor set up: Friday, April 21: 8 a.m. – Noon. Food vendors may start set up at Noon, Thursday, April 20.

Event is open to the public:

  • Friday, April 21: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 22: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, April 23: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Rain or Shine

Texas SandFest is an outdoor event, located physically on the beach, and will happen rain or shine. There will be no refunds given because of inclement weather.

Vendor Space Assignments

All Vendor space assignments will be designated and approved by the Vendor Coordinator. Vendor space size includes space needed for pop-outs, tongue trailers, etc. Specific space number requests will be taken and granted, when possible; however, Texas SandFest is NOT obligated to grant any or all requests. Contact Scott Tanzer at (361) 749-2066, to discuss map and placements. Map, showing general layout of Texas SandFest, will be posted by April 1.

City of Port Aransas Plastic Bag Ordinance

As of Jan. 1, 2016, the City of Port Aransas has banned the use of single use plastic checkout bags. Visit the City of Port Aransas website for details.
