Notice of Filming and Photography

Consent to Use of Image and Likeness. By attending Texas SandFest, you acknowledge that you are entering an area where photography, audio recording, and video recording will occur. By your presence on the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded by Texas SandFest and its designated agents, media partners, and contractors.

 

Usage Rights You grant Texas SandFest the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, exhibit, or reproduce such recordings of your appearance, voice, or name in any and all media now existing or hereafter devised (including but not limited to websites, social media, television, news, and advertising) for any purpose whatsoever, including promotional and commercial purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity.

 

Release of Liability By entering the event, you waive and release any and all claims against Texas SandFest, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers, including but not limited to:

• Claims for payment, royalties, or compensation.

• The right to inspect or approve the final product.

• Claims for invasion of privacy or violation of the right of publicity.

• Claims for defamation or copyright infringement.

Minor Children Entry onto the premises with a minor child constitutes parental/guardian consent for that minor to be photographed and recorded under these same terms.
