The Texas SandFest Mission

The mission of Texas SandFest is to give back to the community by raising funds for local non-profit organizations and scholarships.

Our commitment to this community truly shines through at Texas SandFest. ​ In 2025, Texas SandFest contributed a total of $464,169 to the Port Aransas community. We are honored to report that $274,419 of those funds were awarded as scholarships, with the remaining $189,750 distributed among our community-driven initiatives and local charitable organizations.

This is part of our growing legacy of giving: since 2012,  Texas SandFest's total contributions have surpassed $3.3 Million. This impressive figure includes over $1.4 Million dedicated to student scholarships and more than $1.9 Million supporting community-driven initiatives and local charitable organizations.

Texas SandFest Grant Application

Thank you for your organization's interest in applying for a grant from Texas SandFest. Below are the rules: 

• Applications will only be accepted through our online portal

• Limit of one application per organization 

• Submission of an application does not guarantee funding

• Organization must be a 501c3 in good standing 

• Additional information or clarification may be required, and we will notify you via email should this be necessary.

• Incomplete applications will not be accepted

• Deadline: The 2026 deadline has passed.  

• The 2027 Grant Applications will open in July 2026
